End of Year Expectations: PLCs, Lesson Plans, Professional Growth, etc.
Below are the final PLC expectations for the end of the year, if you have any questions, please see an Administrator, PLC Facilitator, or Instructional Coach for assistance.
4th Quarter Predictions & Intervention Planning:
Attached to the original email are two documents; one is a WORD document containing directions for our Final Predictions and 4th Quarter Intervention Planning. Also attached is an EXCEL document you could use for this process. It is a cleaner version of our previous EXCEL with wonderful drop down menus of anything you could want.
Please remember this is about the PROCESS, not the PRODUCT. With that being said, please turn in your EXCEL to your Instructional Coach by 5/1. If you have already engaged in this process for Quarter 4, please just submit your document.
If you have any questions, please ask Mrs. Leary, your PLC Facilitator, or your Instructional Coach.
Observe a Teacher Follow Up Mini-Sessions (PLC sessions for remainder of year):
If you attended a mini-session, the expectation is to implement the strategy in the classroom within the month of April and complete a reflection: https://docs.google.com/forms/d/1WejeZ9bGgRuKuhVhlEWbFOCFOjeww6OfaZmU7XcsZfw/viewform?usp=send_form. By completing these individualized professional growth opportunities and sharing with your PLCs, this will be counted as your PLC participation through May 1st.
There will be additional follow up with Ms. Finn:
APRIL 27 (7:45-8:15): GOOGLE— Setting up gmail accounts and becoming familiar with google docs
APRIL 30 (7:45-8:15): SOCRATIVE— Setting up your class
MAY 4 (7:30-7:55): PLICKERS—Setting up your class
