Mark Your Calendar
The district has identified several dates for Remote Learning Days (learn from home) for all students while all campus-based staff will report to school. Students are encouraged to use this time to review assignments and catch up on any missing work. All students will learn from home on the following dates:
- Friday, December 4
- Friday, January 29
- Friday, February 26
- Friday, March 12
- Friday, April 16
- Monday, May 17
December 18- January 5
Aldine ISD Call Center
Are you struggling with accessing online learning or learning in a digital environment? Aldine ISD and Harris County would like to hear from you. An afterhours call center has been established for you to log any issue related to learning in a digital environment, such as but not limited to:
- Slow internet or unstable connection speeds in your area
- Affordability of internet connection
- Affordability of devices needed for virtual learning (Chromebooks, laptops, iPads)
- Aldine ISD provided hardware/Chromebooks
- Logging into Aldine ISD sites
- Uploading homework
- Navigating the learning platform, Schoology
- Identifying appropriate digital resources
- Parent or guardian has fallen ill, child is unable to participate in e-learning
- Older siblings are taking care of younger siblings, child is unable to participate in e-learning
- Child has a disability or impairment that is making e-learning difficult or not possible

Veteran's Day
Students learned about all veterans from all branches of service and thanked them for their bravery and service. They also had a special special thank you for Mr. Maldonado who served in the U. S. Navy! Happy Veteran’s Day!
