Overall rating
What I liked about this book was how every chapter stuck with one main topic instead of changing every couple of pages. I also like the good memories given to Jonas. What I disliked about the book was how the committee of elders controlled everything even the family units. I think the kids should've been with there actually parents instead of ones there assigned to.
