This theorist focoused on how people grew mentaly and how they compared to the rest of the world. He studied how people would see themselves, and how they were treated by others during each stage.
"Eight Stages of Man" (summary)
There are eight stages in his theory. Each stage was told how to establish a sucsessful stage in life, but he didn't thouroghly explain about how people could be unsucsessful in a stage. If a stage was sucsessfuly establised then a person would feel happy, good about themself, and be more outgoing. If a stage was unsucsessfuly esablished then the person would feel sad/ depressed and was more quiet and reserved.
