Build strong working relationships
Join us Wednesday, September 19, 2018 from 10am to 12pm
This two-hour session will help you learn how to create space and infrastructure for knowledge sharing to take place. You will learn the importance of using informal conversation in a structured way to encourage employees, stakeholders and the organization to be involved in discussing important questions and issues, including generation of solutions.
By the end of the course, participants will:
- Understand the wisdom inherent in encouraging conversational leadership
- Use the four I’s of conversational leadership
- Apply the principles of conversational leadership to improve results
- Facilitate meaningful conversations between formal and informal stakeholders
- Use interactivity, inclusion and strategy to facilitate conversational leadership
