What an awesome start to the year! Our Wildcats have been showing their pride every single day, and have a long list of successes to show for it. Routines have been mastered, friendships have been made, and academic work is going strong. The first grading period was over before we could blink, and the second is well underway!

The PTA has been very busy: welcoming students and families back to school, providing monthly staff appreciation treats, gathering yearbook photos, helping at the first Paw PRIDE assemblies, providing support on picture day, hosting the Boosterthon fundraiser, and running the Fall Festival. We are so grateful for the outpouring of support from our Wildcat families—you all are helping us make this a year unlike any other!

On a personal note, I am sad to share that I must resign as PTA President. Our family is facing a sudden corporate relocation and will be moving out of state. Sallie Snyder is stepping into the role of Acting President; she and the PTA board have big plans for the rest of this year, and I know with this community behind them they will meet with great success. Even as we move far away, my family will always be #wildcatstrong; we hold all of you in our hearts, and wish you all the very best going forward!
