U.S. Constitution Week

Constitution week is September 17th - 23rd.

Girls on the Run

If you are interested in having your daughter participate in Girls on the Run, please call the office at (816) 892-1750. There are 17 students participating. They are having a lot of fun. Please note that there will be no practice on Thursday, September 22nd due to a scheduling conflict with vertical team meetings.

Season began: September 13th

Location: Eagle Glen Intermediate School

Meeting days and times: Tuesdays and Thursdays 4:00-5:30 p.m.

Apex Fun Run

Thank you parents for your support at the Apex Fun Run on Friday, September 16th. Students and staff had an amazing time. The EG PTA will be reporting the results soon.

Boundary Committee Meeting

The Boundary Committee will be meeting from 5:00-7:00 p.m. in the Innovation Center in the Academy Building on Tuesday, September 20th. Any staff member or community member is welcome to attend.

Student Leadership Team Assembly

A variety of student leaders along with Coach Jermain will facilitate a leadership assembly in the gym on Thursday, September 22nd from 8:30-9:10 a.m. Students will go directly to the pods that morning.

Board of Education Meeting

The next Board of Education Meeting will take place on Thursday, September 22nd at 7:00 p.m. in the ASC Board Room.

Music Trivia Night

On Friday, September 30th the music department will have a music trivia night at 6:30 p.m. Prizes will be given for 1st, 2nd, & 3rd place teams and snacks will be available too! More details will be available soon.

EG PTA Meeting

The next EG PTA meeting is scheduled for Monday, October 3rd at 7:00 p.m. in the collaboration room.

Culver's Night

On Wednesday, October 5th from 5:00-8:00 p.m. we will have a Culver's Night.

Foundation Golf Tournament

The Raymore-Peculiar Public School Foundation announces its 4th annual Golf Tournament on Monday, Oct. 10th at The Golf Club of Creekmoor. The four-person scramble will have a shotgun start at noon. The entry fee of $100 per golfer includes lunch, green fees, cart, unlimited range balls, and a gift bag. There are also raffle prizes and opportunities to sponsor the tournament, which benefits the Foundation. The Foundation, which is a separate organization from the school District, has a mission to enhance educational opportunities for the benefit of our students,staff, and community. End of First Quarter

The end of the first quarter is Thursday, October 13th.

Staff Development

There will be no school for students on Friday, October 14th due to district-wide staff development. Details will be provided soon.

Parent/Teacher Conferences

Parent/teacher conferences will take place on October 26th - 27th. Students will be released at 1:10 p.m. on October 26th. There will be no school for students on October 27th. There will be no school for students and staff on October 28th. The end of the quarter will be here soon.
