From Dr. Melissa Williams-Scott
Change is not easy. In fact, most of us do not like change. It is uncomfortable, we worry, “Can I do this?” In the text Learning By Doing, we are reminded that providing practice in small steps along with immediate feedback (p. 218), we can and will learn new things. Which brings me to Schoology and the revisions we are doing with a district wide Task Force in order to provide our instructional teams more support. We want you to know we believe in you and we know you can do it. We also know your plates are full. So a little deliberate practice and a lot of support as well as input from our users, everyone will have success.
