The Basics
How to make and prepare great looking and tasting cupcakes.
Mixing colours and using fondant.
Making small pressed flowers.
Using damask, stencilling and quilting.
Using moulds to make shapes and flowers.
Creating bows from fondant.
THIS COURSE INCLUDES A LIGHT LUNCH AND REFRESHMENTS
Requirements
Someone to eat your creations, as you take home your personally decorated box of 12 cupcakes.

We are a team of professional cake decorators who provide a relaxed learning environment. The courses are structured, but also have options for the individual such as shape, colours, style so that you can let your individuality shine.
We keep our class numbers small to ensure we can help each person individually, so no more than 8.
Do I need any experience?
No, this class is for beginners and interested home cooks.
Do I need to book?
Yes, places are strictly limited, and we only hold this course 2-3 times a year.
When do I need to pay?
Payment of 50% is required within 7 days of booking, and the balance is due 1 month before your class. Payment is non refundable except under special circumstances (at the discretion of management).
