Kindness

Typically, during the month of November, we tend to reflect on all the things we have to be grateful for. This year has been anything but typical. While we may have faced several challenges, I am sure we can all find a few things in our lives we appreciate and cherish.

Kindness is also another theme associated with the month of November. World Kindness Day is celebrated on November 13th. This is a day we can take the opportunity to engage in or promote completing acts of kindness to make the world a better place. The best thing about kindness is that it doesn’t cost anything to participate in. You can give someone a genuine compliment, write someone a thoughtful note, or you can help someone complete a project.

If you complete a Random Act of Kindness, please share it with us on our social media pages. We can’t wait to see the amazing acts of kindness performed by our community. We have some of the kindest students in our district, and we are so grateful to be your counselors.
