Born in now Pieve di Cadore, Italy, somewhere around 1488 and 1490
Died in Venice Italy Titian died on August 27, 1576Assumption of the Virgin" (1516-1518)
This painting looks as if the angels are descending to get the virgin and supposed to show if you stay pure you can go to heaven.
Early Career
Apprentice to Sebastiano Zuccato where he basically worked for him and he would get experience to a painter who was much more advanced than him at that age
Influence
With all the works he left behind he has inspired numerous artists to start painting such as Rembrandt, Diego Velázquez, Antoon van Dyck and Peter Paul Rubens they all lead back to Titian
