Teacher Requests for 2022-2023, information from Principal Walton

I will be accepting letters or emails from families requesting a teacher for their child for the 2022-2023 school year. Please state why this teacher is appropriate for your child. All requests must be submitted by Monday, May 23rd. All requests will be considered, but no guarantees. Please understand that I will do my best to honor your request, but due to unforeseen circumstances, not all requests may be granted. RBK Artists

First graders created these whimsical abstract sculptures this week in art class with Miss Korchowsky. They learned all about the art of sculptor Alexander Calder, who was famous for creating large mobiles and kinetic sculptures. Imaginations ran free as students creatively played with the building materials.

Science fun in Mrs. Luckman's class!

In order to explore the relationship between energy and speed, students engineered designs to create the speediest roller coasters. Students are currently testing out their first designs.

Click to Register: Nurturing Fathers Program

Tuesdays and Thursdays, May 3 - June 11 from 5:30PM-8PM, at Lockport High School. Register by May 1. This program is designed to teach parenting and nurturing skills to men, build positive relationships, and promote growth and development.

Better Speech and Hearing Month

The speech therapists will be contributing to the weekly classroom videos for "May is Better Speech and Hearing Month." Also, please watch for a daily speech calendar with activities that families may do at home.
