Anxiety

Anxiety, fear, worry... We all have it, it is normal, it has a purpose. That purpose is broken when it gets too big and takes over how you feel, act, and keeps you from enjoying the things that you love. The secret that most people don't realize is that it is within your control to regain control of your worries and replace it with joy. There are some things in life that we can't control, prevent, or escape, such as the weather. That's when you can use the worry hat or worry box. Ready, set, relax, and enjoy!
