Activating Transformative Leaders in Communities and Cities

An Invitation to the Party

People ask, "What is Q Commons?" We say, it is an amazing night where leaders gather to rub shoulders, get to know each other and to engage with experts on topics that must be addressed in our culture and our time. You may lead a company or a team or a church or a household, but your influence is real. Q Commons is a once a year time and place to strengthen your leadership connections, to kindle your curiosity, and to hone your thinking. And, it really is a party. Come early to nibble and meet others and stay after for some dessert and discussion. Invite a friend. Sponsor a table. Let's create a better future together.

Five More Table Sponsors Needed - Can it be YOU?

Every local venue for Q Commons has to find their way of funding the event. In Sacramento, that means table sponsorship. You or your organization can sponsor a table for $500 and invite seven people to join you for a great night learning and growing together. Join Jesus Culture, KLOVE, The Masters Program, Barnabas Group and others in helping make Q Commons possible. To sponsor a table, contact Merisa Moy at merisa@actsonline.net.

Breaking the Rules of Company Culture

What does it look like when we break the rules of company culture? In so many organizations, the culture that is created and exists runs counter to the outcomes that are really desired. Is it time to break some rules to get the place where you work into a flourishing environment that can create a better future? Eric Knopf, known for his avant-garde approach to creating culture in his own business, will share some insights around the themes of inciting creativity, transformational leadership and empowering your team to shape their own culture.
