Go to http://www.lmtsdathletics.com and select join in the upper right hand corner.
- You will enter your information to sign up for the website. Once you do that make sure you are signed into your account for the Big Teams website.
- There a list of tabs towards the top of the screen, you will see Email Alerts on the right hand side. Please click on that tab.
- That will take you to a new screen, click on the My Favorites/Alerts tab. Then you will see favorites. In that window you can add a school, which you will add Lower Moreland.
- Then you can add select teams you wish to follow and get alerts for. This is important in regards to receiving information when events change.
- Click on Alerts and check the boxes of how you want to receive alerts.
- Click on Alert Settings. You can add another email if you want, or add a cell number and receive text messages as well.
This is just another avenue of communication between the Athletic Department and the Lower Moreland Community.

Girls Tennis Awarded District Sweatshirts
Sr. Elizabeth Berzin, who was also awarded student of the month, was a member of the team for all four of those years. Berzin along with Jr. Ally Cheiken finished with silver medals in the doubles tournament as well. Freshman Nikole Lisovyy also was recognized for her earning a state championship in singles tennis.
Indoor Track & Field
The boys team was led by Dan Maloney, who placed second in the 60M High Hurdles and ran the 4th fastest time in the state, qualifying for the Meet of Champions at the end of the season. There were many top 15 finishers including: Tomas Celaj (14th) in the 60M dash, with a new personal best; Josiah Wiggins (10th) in the 200M dash, also with a new personal best. Shejin Shaju placed 13th in the 400, and Ben Zonshayn ran well in the Mile placing 9th overall. Both teams will be back in action next weekend at Lehigh University.
The team will continue to work hard as they are off to Lehigh again this weekend, and have big races up at Penn State on January 4th and 5th as well as the Armory up in NYC on January 19th. Good luck to the team on their continued journey this season!
Wrestling
The Lions wrestled at home vs. state powerhouse Faith Chrisitan and league rival Church Farm on Wednesday 12/19. They squad fell short in both matches, but competed tough against some state qualifying wrestlers. Over the holiday break the team will be at the Wetzel Classic at Hatboro Horsham High School on 12/28 and 12/29.

Cheerleading
The cheer team will also be at our home basketball games and performing parts of their competition routine at halftime of the games.
They will also be holding an event at the HS from 4-7 on 12/21. Information is listed below on the flyer.
Boys & Girls Swimming & Diving
The Boys Swim team has continued to build on last years success. The boys defeated AAA Abington and Cheltenham, fell short against a very good Pennsbury squad, and defeated AA rival Upper Moreland. The currently sit at 3-1 in dual meets. The team has qualified for 11 of 12 events at the District meet in March at LaSalle University. The team has been led by University of Delaware commit Tommy Lutter, Alex Yoon, Greg Landis, Colin Shipp, & Noah Ferker

Boys Basketball
The team has bounced back strong though with league wins vs. Valley Forge Military Academy, a previously unbeaten Church Farm team, and Bristol. On Thursday 12/20, the boys faced defending A District Champion Faith Christian and won by a score of 47-33. This was a great early season test for the boys basketball team.
Over the holiday break the boys will travel to Jenkintown and play in the Robert Hopf Memorial Tournament. They play Calvary Christian at 5:30 on Friday the 28th and then either Jenkintown or Upper Moreland on Saturday 12/29, time TBA.

Girls Basketball
Over the break the girls will head down to the Boardwalk Classic in Wildwood NJ to face off vs. Delsea NJ on the 27th.
After the break the girls have some challenging non-league games vs. Phoenixville, Methacton & St. Basils.

Girls MS Basketball
The 7th Grade girls basketball team finished the year 3-5 record. Coach P was extremely happy with the work ethic and willingness to get better each day at practice and during games. The team faced off vs. Wissahickon in the post season tournament, but fell short by a few points.
