Northern Primary Languages Show
05 Nov 2016, York St. John University
The Association for Language Learning (ALL) is the major subject association for those involved in teaching modern foreign languages at all levels. We exist to represent and support language teachers and are committed to their ongoing professional development. We work to support our members, providing them with opportunities to access local, regional and national training and networking events, as well as providing them with practitioner-focused and research-based publications in hard copy and online. ALL has members and local groups all over the country. ALL groups in the North are working with other partners to put on this pilot event at a special price especially for members.
A great new conference for primary teachers!
This conference is a pilot event organised by ALL North East branch, ALL Yorkshire branch, ALL York Primary Hub, ALL Bradford Primary Hub, the University of York and the University of York St. John who are kindly hosting the event.
This conference aims to boost membership of the Association for Language Learning (ALL), to ensure that schools are joined up with the support and advice available from the professional community.
Schools / individuals who are not members of ALL should join online before applying for the conference (the primary school membership rate is just £50 per year).

Event Information
Northern Primary Languages Show
This conference is being planned and will be delivered by teachers and experienced trainers from the North. It is principally for teachers of Key Stage 2 classes but relevant also to Key Stage 3, so we would love to see secondary colleagues there too! Drinks will be provided on arrival; lunch is not provided (but there are lovely cafes / shops in Gillygate nearby). After a lively professional morning, there is time in the afternoon to enjoy York!
