We encourage all of our families to take advantage of this opportunity for students that is available at school tomorrow. We partnered with Walgreens for the clinic to be held at school during the school day so that families can save themselves a trip to Tupper Lake or to Glens Falls. Walgreens is literally coming to us!

Each child will need to have a completed registration form in order to receive a flu shot. Please make sure to fill out the back too! This form was sent home with your child(ren) and is also linked on our Facebook Page and website. If you have any questions at all, just call at school and we'll help! We would be happy to send home another form today.
