Ranger Families,


We had a wonderful week of school with your little angels!


This week:


  • Multicultural Night was a huge success! We LOVED seeing our families come and enjoy our 2nd-grade performers as well as all the cultural activities our teachers had planned. Thank you for joining us!


  • We conducted our 1st SECURE drill of the year. A SECURE drill is simply when all outside school doors are locked and no one is allowed to enter or exit the building.


Coming up, we have a Sonic Spirit Night on 10/5 and two district holidays on 10/7 and 10/10 where we will be off school! Make sure to make the necessary arrangements for that long holiday weekend!

Perfect Attendance Award

We want to award students who are coming to school every day! If your child is present every day without tardies or leaving early between the dates of 9/12-10/12, they will receive and FREE Dress day on Friday, October 14th. We will notify you of their accomplishment on Thursday the 13th, and they will be able to wear what they want on that Friday.

Come out to support BTE at a fun family event with food, games, activities, and MORE! Here are a few of the surprises in store...


Hot Dog Eating and Slush Drinking Contest- SONIC will provide slushes/hot dogs and prizes for the winner. Please select participants and time (recommend 6pm or 7pm).


Secret Stall Winners-Our staff will randomly select 10 different “secret stalls” throughout the duration of your event and present them with a WINNER’S CERTIFICATE that includes a FREE SONIC Blast!

Mrs. Herrera is one of our loving and caring 4th-grade teachers! She is passionate about giving all students she interacts with a well-rounded education and understanding of cultures, she also leading the entire 4th-grade team of teachers! We love you, Mrs. Herrera! THANK YOU FOR ALL YOU DO!!!
