Electric Vehicle Charging Stations
The Town of Ballston Community Library is pleased to announce that we now have four Electrical Vehicle Charging stations. Made possible by grants from NYSERDA and National Grid, the new charging stations will be another service provided by the Library for our patrons and community. Just like borrowing a book, using the computer or attending a program, charging with the new stations will be free at this time. The addition of these new chargers is a continuation of our ongoing sustainability efforts which include upgrading the Library light fixtures to LED in Fall 2021 through a NYS Construction Grant.
Anchor Diamond Storywalk
Thank you to the Sheridan Family for graciously volunteering their time and efforts to create a Storywalk for the Town of Ballston Community Library at Anchor Diamond Park in Ballston! The kickoff book is Sam and Dave Dig a Hole by Mac Barnett, and new books will be displayed throughout the summer into fall.
