8:20 – 8:50 – Virtual Office Hours – Students and parents will be able to join a Google Meet session during this time to ask and answer questions with the teacher. The teacher will be ‘live’ and ready to assist.
8:50 – 9:00 – * Daily Real Time Announcements – Students will be able to join our school announcements via a link that will be provided to students. It will be the SAME link every day. These sessions will be ‘live’ for students to view but also will be recorded so students can view later at night.
9:00 – 9:25 – * Real Time ELA - Students will join their teachers live through the class Google Meet link. During this time, students will participate in whole group direct reading and phonics instruction activities.
9:25-10:55 - Once assessments are completed, students will be assigned a small group time daily in order to receive additional reading instruction with the teacher in a Google Meet session. When not in a small group with the teacher, students will complete any assigned reading work or follow up work at this time.
11:30-12:10 - * Real Time Math - Students will join their teachers live through the class Google Meet link. During this time, students will participate in whole group direct instruction on grade level math concepts.
12:10-12:55 - Once assessments are completed, students will be assigned a small group time daily in order to receive additional math instruction with the teacher in a Google Meet session. When not in a small group with the teacher, students will complete any assigned math work or follow up work at this time.
12:55-1:25 - Real time office hours in Google Meet with the teacher. Once assessments are completed, students may be scheduled for additional small group reading instruction at this time.
1:25-1:45 - * Real Time Language Arts Instruction - Students will join their teachers live through the class Google Meet link. During this time, students will participate in whole group direct instruction in writing, reading and written response, as well as social studies and science curriculum as scheduled.
1:45-2:20 - Once assessments are completed, students will be assigned a small group time daily in order to receive additional reading instruction with the teacher in a Google Meet session. When not in a small group with the teacher, students will complete any assigned reading work or follow up work at this time.
2:20-3:10 – * Real Time Specials - Students will join their daily specials teacher to participate in specialist lessons at this time.
