118th Annual Commencement

When: June 3rd, 2023

Time: 11:00 AM

Where- SCHS Bartow-Hedges Main Gymnasium


There will be a MANDATORY Commencement Rehearsal in the Main Gymnasium of SCHS on Friday, June 2nd, 2023 from 9:00 am to 11:30 am.


All graduates who wish to participate in the Commencement Ceremony MUST attend this MANDATORY rehearsal!

Important Senior Reminder

Important Senior Reminder

Seniors, do not forget you will need to request your final transcripts to be sent to your college, they are NOT automatically sent. When requesting your SCHS Final Transcript now, you will need to place a "hold for grades" on it. Those will be sent once transcripts are finalized, approximately two weeks after graduation. Below is the link for your convenience.

Tuesday, 5/23 - Blocks 1 & 7 Finals

Wednesday, 5/24 - Blocks 3 & 9 Finals

Thursday, 5/25 - Blocks 2 & 6 Finals

Friday, 5/26 - Blocks 4 & 8 Finals

Summer School Information

Summer School Information

We will be offering two different options for summer school this year. Students will have the opportunity to select an in-person credit recovery program or a virtual option, where they can complete credit recovery or get ahead by taking a new traditional course.


If your student is interested in either of these options they must speak to their School Counselor by May 19th.


If you have any questions, please call or email your student's counselor.

ACT Registration Deadline

The deadline to register for the June 10th, 2023 ACT is May 5th.

College-bound students are encouraged to take at least one ACT in their junior year.
