Thank you to everyone who supported The Charleston Fundraiser! All online orders and items will ship directly to the purchaser’s home.
Attendance: Attendance is key to student success! Please encourage your student to attend school every day and arrive on time. Remember, absences must be cleared within 72 hours (3 school days) after student returns to school. We also appreciate when you schedule dental/doctor appointments outside of the school day to avoid instructional interruptions.
Safety Reminder: Parents, please remind your students to use the crosswalk when arriving or leaving school. The heavy traffic makes it unsafe for students because drivers may not see them as they cross the street.
Health office: Due to the continued warm weather, please send a refillable water bottle with your student daily. Thank you to all the parents/guardians who have been providing proof of updated immunizations.
Our award-winning Wildcat yearbook staff is currently taking pre-orders for the 2019-2020 yearbook at 20% off the end-of-the-year price! Support our school by purchasing a yearbook through the front office, our RMS webstore, or www.jostens.com! Click here to see our flyer.

Counseling Corner!
This coming week we are excited to have all of our students participate in our first annual RMS Career Fest. This is a two day event that takes place during school hours on both minimum days. On Tuesday, November 12th we kick off with an activity discussing the importance of pursuing our career goals early. On Thursday, we are continuing this conversation and asking students to “Dress For Success.” Encourage your students to dress in business casual clothes. On both days, students will have an opportunity to hear from local professionals in different careers and learn about how to prepare for their future.
7th Grade Parents: This coming Friday November 15th is our 7th grade Field Trip to California State University San Marcos. Permission slips were due last week, so any student who did not turn one in will not be able to attend. Students will still need to go to some classes after we return from the trip so please have them bring their backpacks.
