An exhibition of paintings by Patsy Preston

You are cordially invited to FIRE an exhibition of paintings by Patsy Preston

Patsy is a Visual Artist based in Westmeath. She works in a wide range of mediums, creating artwork and sculptures for private clients, public spaces and events. This collection of paintings are inspired by images from the Festival of the Fires, on the Hill of Uisneach in Westmeath. A Bealtaine Fire Ceremony and gathering took place on this hill in ancient times and the recent festival has re-kindled this flame. Patsy has been Artistic Director of Festival of the Fires since its inception in 2009.

Opening Reception

Thursday, May 1st, 6:15pm

The Atrium, County Buildings, Mount Street, Mullingar, Westmeath

The exhibition will be officially opened by Author and Broadcaster, Ronan Casey with live music provided on the night by Paul Taffe. Mullingar Cathaoirleach, Peter Burke will be in attendance and there will be a wine reception at 6.15, all welcome.
