News from Elder's Desk
Last week, several administrators, teachers, and I met with our Tiger Kickoff group to celebrate their successes for the fourth six weeks and motivate them to finish the year on a positive note. Many of these students were satisfied with doing just the bare minimum for the remainder of the year. However, they were quickly reminded of the advantages of finishing the year on a positive note. There is no doubt that students mimic what they see—as a result, it is important for us to constantly put our best foot forward. I realize that some students may be more challenging during this time of year, but we will not quit! Stay driven by the goals that you developed last August and dedicated to making a difference. You have been called to do the work, and I know you have something inside of you to fulfill your purpose. So, commit to bringing the spirit of excellence embodied in you to inspire our students to be their best. Someone needs your ability to build positive relationships with students, your kind personality, your dedication to teaching, your desire to be a continuous learner, and your determination to make a difference in the AMCHS community. Continue to let the goodness that is in the inside of you overflow on others. You are a blessing to AMCHS!
We are Driven by Purpose at AMCHS.
