McNeill After-School Program

October Newsletter

A Word from the Site Supervisor

Happy October!

The season is changing to fall and with it comes a small change to McNeill afterschool! My name is Mallory Brown and I am the new supervisor for McNeill. I was the assistant for a couple months and I am excited to take on this new position. I have really enjoyed getting to know your children the past couple months and I can tell this is going to be a great school year. Please come to me with any concerns or questions you may have.

I wanted to let you know of a few things as fall begins: 1. The older students are really benefitting from our educational time in the computer lab every Monday and Tuesday. This will continue to be available to them for two hours each week. 2. Please don’t forget to send a jacket with your child as the colder weather comes for when we go outside. 3. General store on Fridays will start up again soon! 4. We will have a small fall party at the end of October, so be on the lookout for more information toward the end of the month!

I hope everyone had a great Fall Break!

Thanks,

Mallory Brown
