High Reliability Schools Survey

This school year Grand Forks Public Schools and Red River High School have started the work on becoming a High Reliability School. High Reliability Schools or HRS provides a framework for our school's continuous improvement process. From the research of Dr. Robert Marzano, a High Reliability School "takes proactive steps to prevent failure and ensure success by monitoring the effectiveness of critical factors within the system and immediately takes action to contain the negative effects".
HRS is a five level system where schools are certified at each level. Red River High School staff are currently working on Level I and parts of Level II this school year.
