End of Semester Two
A Message from Miss Chea
WOW! What a year it has been.
As we come to the end of this academic year, it is with great pride that I can look back at the many achievements 5J have accomplished. 5J has worked so hard and with every changing demands made on us through 2020 but we have continued to strive towards success together.
5J, you are a class of very proud students that are vibrant and loud. You are a bunch who stand together and have helped each other along the way. You are definitely a funny bunch who has brought me laugher every single day. You all state that I always have a smile that is contagious, but the truth is, I come to school everyday knowing that there will never be a dull moment. Just as I make you smile, you are the reason I smile.
We have laughed together and made great memories. I am proud to have such a wonderful class for my first very own class. 2020 has been a year where we have tackled change and empowered resilience. We have developed courage in coping with changes; love and honesty towards all members of the school community; appreciation and happiness for each other and all the opportunities that are given at Fairvale Public School - which all strengthen your character and your ability to make the most of every aspect of school life.
I know I am "just" your teacher, but we’ve spent five days a week together for the last ten months and change is never easy. I hope you’ll remember me. I hope my discipline made you stronger. I hope my kindness made you feel safe. I hope that my classroom was a place that you learnt many things and made many friends; I hope it was a place you genuinely like to be. While I’m a little sad to welcome a whole new group next year instead of continue to know you more, I’ll think of you succeeding where you are. I’ll think of how you’ve grown and how you’ll continue to do so. And I’ll not only think of how much you’ve learnt but also how much you’ve taught me as we’ve grown.
Well done 5J, you should all be very proud of what you have accomplished and how hard you have worked. You will forever be remembered as my friend beautiful class.
