March Monthly Missions Highlight

SCC Missions

Missions Week Recap

Missions week here at SCC was a huge success. While we could not have all our supported missionaries, missions partners, and missions organizations here with us, those who could make it were loved on, while those who could not make it were missed dearly.

Experiences were shared, hearts were touched, the gospel was spread, and new bonds of partnership were made for the betterment of the Kingdom!

Every month we feature one of our mission partners in our Monthly Missions Highlight (MMH). This is a way for us to expose some of the ministries that we regularly support and present an opportunity for the congregation to assist directly in helping us reach our financial commitments to the highlighted ministry. The totals below include the month the ministry was highlighted and any additional funds given since then.

Monthly Missions Highlight : Venture

Venture’s desire is to help the least resourced, least reached people in the world. These include trafficked people, slaves, child soldiers, impoverished, refugees and the oppressed. The physical needs are great for many of these people and the ministry gives its greatest energies to help. They also recognize there are great spiritual needs in our world. They serve in remote areas, places where there are less than two percent Christian nationals and where there is no Gospel literature in ethnic languages. Help SCC Missions reach our financial goal of $41,000 to help fund Venture’s focus in Nepal and Myanmar by marking your gift Monthly Missions Highlight - Venture.
