The summer Olympics of 1936

This event was a very important part of the holocaust. The 1936 Olympics was held in Berlin,Germany, had 49 nations participating, and had 129 in 19 sport events. its opening ceremony was on August 1st and its closing ceremony was o August 19th. It was officially opened by Adolf Hitler who saw the Games as an opportunity to promote his government and ideals for racial supremacy.

The summer Olympics of 1963, officially named games of the XI Olympiad, was international multi-sport event held in 1936. This event was the first to have a live television coverage.

This is a picture of Jesse Owens. Jesse Owens was a winner of multiple events, as sprints and the long jump. Jesse Owens was born on September 12 and died on March 31 of 1980. With winning 4 gold medals.
