7th Grade Day and Open House
We have a couple of reminders about 7th Grade Day and our Open House on Tuesday, August 18, from 8:00 a.m. to 10:05 a.m.
- See schedule here: 7TH GRADE DAY
- Busses will run at their regular pick up times for 7th grade day. To see if you have a bus rider, go to http://www.nebo.edu/transportation and click on the Bus Route Finder link. Enter your address and you will see your bus (or no bus) information. Busses will return students home after 7th grade day ends at 10:05 a.m.
- Parents are welcome!
- Face masks or shields are required while in the building. Please maintain physical distancing as much as possible.
- PARENTS: Print your child's schedule prior to coming so he/she knows where to go for classes.
The open house will begin at 1:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m. and is open to all grades and parents.
Chromebooks
Students will be issued a Chromebook for the school year this year. The optional insurance is an online fee that you can pay now. A computer agreement will go home with students the first day of school and a Chromebook will be issued one the agreement is returned.
School Fees
If you have not paid your fees, please take a moment to access them in the ICampus Parent Portal to pay online or call the finance office. If you have already paid, thank you!
SFJHS Bus Lane and Student Pick Up
We are excited to have increased traffic flow for buses and pick up this year. See the map above for traffic flow. A couple of items to note:
- The bus lanes in red are for buses only. The access road leading into the North lot from 600 East is for buses only.
- Parents can no longer pick up in the North parking lot. If you park to pick up your child, you may go to the South lot or East drive through.
- There are two lanes only in both the East and the South pick up areas.
- The left, blue lanes are for pull through only. Do not stop in these lanes.
- The right, green lanes are for pick up.
We will be monitoring pedestrian traffic in the East pick up and across 820 East this year.
Face Coverings
Students will be required to wear a face covering on the bus and inside the school building. All students will receive a cloth face mask from the school on the first day, but please have a mask on when you get to school in the morning.
