Student-led PT Conference Dates

Thank you for your flexibility in scheduling our student-led conferences! On Friday, your child brought home a green slip of paper with your conference date and time. Please mark this date on your calendar and plan to arrive at your designated time with your child.

Early Dismissal Dates:

Monday, September 22 - 2 pm Dismissal

4 to 7 pm Conferences

Tuesday, September 23 - 2 pm Dismissal

4 to 7 pm Conferences

Thursday, September 25 - 11:30 Dismissal

I am proud to say almost all students returned their math homework this past week! As the math concepts get more difficult the students might be bringing home more homework. Please assist your child with any questions they might have on their daily work.

Spelling - Unit 1.5

This week's spelling words will focus on words with the long o sound. On Monday I will give the students a pretest to determine their spelling list (approaching, on level, or beyond) Encourage daily practice and be sure to check your child's planner for spelling homework. Also, take advantage of SpellingCity ... great resource and makes studying for spelling fun!

Spelling Homework:

Monday - cursive practice

Tuesday - Write words in alphabetical order and reverse

Wednesday - Use the first 10 spelling words to write meaningful sentences

Thursday - Use the second 10 spelling words to write meaningful sentences
