PTL Popcorn Buckets
Family Fun Night is scheduled for May 3, 2019! This is a fulfilled time for our families to get together and fellowship! This event also raises funds for our Parent Teacher League to host events throughout the school year such as Catholic Schools Week. Below is some information regarding the popcorn buckets that each class will make for auction. The deadline to turn in these forms is tomorrow, 3/19. These forms were sent home the Friday before Spring Break, it is also attached below.
Popcorn Bucket Sponsorship
Each class will be making a Class Popcorn Bucket for the silent auction for Family Fun Night on May 3rd.
Sponsorship for each Popcorn bucket will be $40. This includes the cost of the popcorn bucket, paint, firing and art work for the bucket that will auctioned at Family Fun Night. The sponsor’s name will be painted on the back of the jar. Several families may split the cost of the sponsorship. If more than one sponsor is received for a class, each sponsor will be included in the sponsorship and the extra money will be used for expenses for the event.
There is an opportunity to pre- purchase the Class Popcorn Bucket with the “Buy It Now” option. Cost is $60 per Class Bucket. This option gives you the opportunity to “Buy” the Popcorn Bucket before it goes to the silent auction. This guarantees you to be the purchaser of your child’s Class Popcorn Bucket. For each “Buy It Now” purchase, a Class Popcorn Bucket will be duplicated. Deadline for the “Buy It Now” option is Tuesday, March 19th by noon (no extensions.) Please fill out the form and include payment.
