September's Challenge!
We'll be doing this challenge September 10-22.
Each day there will be a tip shared about how to fit health (and everything else) in to your busy schedule. There will be a task or check-in related to each day's tip for you to complete. Completing a task will earn you a point - with some special opportunities for additional points thrown in!
Just for being part of the group, to help ease the stress that September brings, I'll be sending you a potential meal plan (just evening meals) complete with recipes and a grocery list for each week of the challenge. You can use it as much or as little as you like - just trying to take one thing off your plates!
At the end of the challenge, anyone who has earned at least 10 points will be put in the drawing for one of 2 cookbooks - perfect for keeping your meal plans fresh! The person with the MOST points will also receive an automatic prize!
