Stressed out about your upcoming SAT test?

With almost every teacher constantly reminding you of the upcoming SAT test you'll be forced to take, it's no wonder why you'd be worried. But never fear, we've got your back! Below are several tips and tricks that could help you with what lies ahead.

Fuel Up!

A car can't run without any fuel, and neither can you! Make sure you eat healthy, and drink plenty of water before the test so you can perform at your best!

Stay Focused!

In this day and age, it's difficult to keep on track while studying due to the massive ammount of distractions.. So what do you do? Tune out EVERYTHING. Find ways to minimize your distractions. Another thing that keeps me on track is playing some music. I find it much easier to focus on something when music is playing instead of pure silence.

Relax!

"Are you crazy? How could I possibly relax at a time like this?!" This is probably what you're thinking right now, but just hear me out. When you're stressed out, you won't be able to think clearly and perform at your best. So why do it? By scheduling time for yourself to relax, the bigger picture won't look as big. You'll be able to focus on what you need to, and you'll do better because of it.
