If you have had any changes to your address, telephone number, or emails over the holiday break, now is a great time to update your information! Not being able to see our parents and interact with them on a daily basis has left us with communicating digitally and we don't want you to miss what's going on in school and after school.

Any information that has changed can be updated on your ParentVue account or you're always welcome to call our office and we will gladly help you make changes.

All students received a winter fun bag last Thursday, Jan. 14th, with a flyer and list of activities to choose from and complete during the next two weeks. Students can choose at least 10 of these winter activities to complete in order to earn a Snowshoe Winter Olympic medal.

February 4, 2021 Title I Drive-Thru Event

4:30 - 5:30 p.m.

Snowshoe Elementary

During the Title I date and time listed above, students will need to return their activity sheet signed and dated by a parent. Once you drive up, just hand your form to one of our staff for review and your student will be awarded their medal! It's that easy!

The class that has the most registered students will receive a $25 Amazon gift card! Registering doesn't require any fund raising; it only encourages students to go online and take one of the three heart challenges and focuses on a healthy heart.

Per district policy, masks are required for grades 3-5. Snowshoe provided a cloth mask for each student to use as their own while in school several months ago. We have a very limited amount of paper masks to hand out free to students, however, our supply is quickly diminishing due to more and more students showing up without their own mask.

We need your help in making sure that your child comes to school prepared everyday with a clean mask while here at Snowshoe. We will continue to hand out 1 clean mask a day for students who do not come prepared, however, we can no longer continue handing out 2 or even 3 masks to the same student throughout the day. Please talk with your student about the importance of mask wearing and being responsible for caring for their mask while in school. Students who continually come to the office asking for a mask may be asked to call home and have one brought to school for them. Thank you.

Tuesday, February 9th

We will be doing our spring pictures and class pictures on the above date at Snowshoe Elementary. There is no make-up day for spring pictures.

Spring picture packets do not have to be purchased ahead of time, however the class picture will need to be purchased prior to picture day. Order forms will be sent home and will have our school code on them for ordering online.
