PlayWorks Class Game Time (CGT)

Dear Colleagues,

Coach C placed a schedule for CGT (Class Game Time) in your box; she & I will review it to ensure that all teachers are included in the schedule & that we do not have any conflicts with library, music, PE, etc.

CGT starts tomorrow but please communicate to Coach C if your name is missing from the schedule or if there are any errors that conflict with your classroom schedule.


Office Grade-Level Bulletin

Dear Colleagues,

Please ensure that you update the office bulletin board with your grade level bulletin on a weekly basis. Parents rely on this information and constantly refer to it.

When displaying student work on the hallway bulletin boards, please ensure that you post the CCSS, learning target, & rubric. Please check out our shared folder for HQSW rubrics for support.

If you have used your emergency lesson plans, it is your responsibility to replace them ASAP. We will not use the same lesson plans for a 2nd time around.

Science Department

The Science Department is offering a SIRA "Just in Time" training on Wednesday September 24, from 2:30 - 4:00 pm. It will take place at TCN, in the Library.

This training is for 3rd and 4th grade teachers who have not attended any previous SIRA trainings.
