Online Survey
Heritage Families,
As an ongoing commitment to providing a high quality education and learning environment to your child at Heritage Elementary we are asking you to complete a short online survey that will help us to sharpen our focus for next year. You are being asked to complete this survey as part of an annual assessment to help all members of the school community (students, parents, and the adults who work at the school) understand how everyone feels about Heritage Elementary. This survey will provide valuable feedback to us as we move towards next school year. Thanks so much for being a partner in your child's education and taking the time to complete this survey. We are asking that surveys are completed by Friday April 20th.
TechConnect
You are invited to join us on May 10th from 6:00-8:00 PM at Heritage Elementary School, as Pickerington Local Schools will host our first ever TechConnect event featuring students and teachers sharing how technology is being used to support learning in our schools. The event is for all age levels and will begin in the Heritage Gymnasium showcasing a technology playground allowing all attendees to play with and ask questions about various technologies being used by our students and teachers. Featured booths include how students are using Drones, Coding, Bloxels, Ozobots, Wevideo, Virtual Reality, Google Suite, Puzzlets, Digital Clue, student news crews and more.
Following the Technology Playground, we will move to the Auditorium to watch students and teachers present projects they have completed this year. Each student will use the stage to give a 5-minute presentation to present their project. Presentations will include students and teachers from all grades bands and feature projects including first graders using Ozobots robots, elementary students creating digital books, middle school students creating podcasts, junior high students designing digital portraits, high school students creating and annotating video and more.
Additionally, we are proud to announce that the Pickerington Police Department has accepted our invitation to present a session on Digital Safety in our community.
6:00 - 6:30 Technology Playground in the Heritage Gymnasium
6:30 - 7:00 TechConnect Student and Teacher Presentations
7:00 - 7:20 Digital Saftey presented by Pickerington Police Department
7:20 - 7:45 TechConnect Student and Teacher Presentations

Fourth Grade Graduation T-Shirts
Fourth-grade “graduation” to middle school T-shirts
Dear parents of fourth-graders,
To commemorate their achievement and foster a sense of togetherness among the Class of 2026, we are again offering a “graduation” to middle school T-shirt to all fourth-graders in the district. The students really enjoy having a shared shirt and many have their classmates sign it.
They are available in gray and white, $7 each; extended sizes cost extra.
If your child is interested, please go to the following link to place your order:
https://pro3.online/product-category/pickerington-schools/
The link will be active from 4/6 to 4/18 and shirts will be delivered to schools approximately 5/7.
This is not a TGMS fundraiser. TGMS PTO simply coordinates the effort.
Contact Kelly Hughes at kjtaggarthughes@gmail.com or 614-554-8000 with questions.
PLEASE NOTE THAT NO PAYMENT SHALL BE SENT DIRECTLY TO HERITAGE. ALL INSTRUCTION FOR PAYMENT IS IN THE LINK ABOVE. THANK YOU.
