May 18-Spring Musical--Grades K, 2, 4, 6, 8
Please have the sixth and eighth graders at school by 5:30 pm with costumes ready to go, so we can practice any last minute things.
Grades Kinde, 2, and 4 should arrive by 6:15 pm to meet their teachers in the Marian rooms. Please dress in Sunday best!

The School Advisory Council is established to assist the Pastor and Principal in the governance of the school. SAC has responsibilities in the following areas:
- Advancement
- Education Programs
- Finance
- Policy
- Selection of the Principal
- Strategic Planning
Meetings: We meet the 3rd Wednesday of the month, August-May.
Term: Three years, with the option of serving an additional term.
The purpose of this Google form is to allow candidates interested in joining SHCS's School Advisory Council (SAC) to submit personal and professional information for consideration, as well as, why they are interested and a good fit for this role. Middle School Volunteer Hours
Students in grades 6-8 volunteer service hours forms are due this week. Forms are located in each homeroom. Parents must sign this form acknowledging the service hours.
Adopt a Garden Week this summer
We are looking for families to "Adopt a Garden Week" this summer. We will need help watering, pulling weeds, and harvesting produce. The best part, is you can take any produce home!
The weeks will be on SignUP this week. This is a great summer activity for you and your child!

Volunteer Opportunities in May
1. June 2-3 Help build our playground. We need 15 volunteers each day. Two foreman will be here to guide us along. Our goal is that our playground will be blessed before we leave for the summer.
2. May 24 K-4 Track & Field Day--We need 7 volunteers to help monitor a station at track and field. MUST HAVE VIRTUS-background check, watch video, code of conduct.
3. Adopt a week to care for our new outdoor garden.
4. June 1--Help at the 8th Grade Graduation reception. Serve refreshments. 7:15-8:30 pm
