Hello Families!!

Thank you for the support and patience since August 31st! School has been going really well and your students have adjusted fantastically to wearing masks and social distancing!

One issue we are having is with walkers who are released at the end of the school day. If your child is a walker, PLEASE have a conversation with them about crossing roads safely. We have had several reports of students darting across Huron St. once we release them from school. We need to keep everyone safe, and the only way to do this is to respect oncoming traffic and wait until it is safe to cross.

On Tuesday, September 29th, Mrs. Twedt and two of our Purple Star Students had the honor of talking with Superintendent of Public Instruction Paolo DeMaria. Norah Cochran was the first military student in Ohio to recite the Ohio Military Kids Creed. Eli Rinehart was interviewed by Superintendent Paolo DeMaria. The youtube video is below, and Mrs. Twedt and our students begin at minute 44. Thank you families who are actively serving or serving through the reserves! We do appreciate your service and your sacrifice!!
