Principal's Message to Families 2023-2024
Welcome Back Clearwater Elementary STEAM Families,
I hope you enjoyed the summer and had an opportunity to spend time with family and friends. My name is Rosa FarfΓ‘n, Principal at Clearwater Elementary School. I want to warmly welcome you to the 2023-24 school year! I am excited to begin my second year working with this wonderful community of students, parents, and staff.
Clearwater provides an environment where students feel safe, secure, and engaged in learning and where parents feel welcomed. I invite you to be an active member of our school community by attending events, providing feedback, and volunteering. We look forward to partnering with you this school year to work towards high levels of academic success for your child! I encourage you to stop in or call me to share ideas, concerns, or questions.
I am excited to have your child enrolled at Clearwater Elementary STEAM! I am looking forward to seeing everyone tomorrow, Thursday, August 10 at 8am, with breakfast served from 7:30β7:55 am!

FIRST DAY OF SCHOOL INFORMATION
Parents are encouraged to join their students and walk them to their classrooms on the 1st day of school ONLY.
Grades 1-6: Students will be dropped off and enter the MPR for breakfast. Campus opens at 7:30 am. Parents may enter through front gates by the office (parents are not allowed in the cafeteria).
For Kindergarten Only
Kindergarten parents and students will report straight to class; not to the MPR. Parents will be asked to leave at 8:00 and teachers will then take students to the cafeteria for breakfast.
PARENT PORTAL
Sign up to find your child's teacher by registering on Aeries. Staff will be available on the first day of school with a class list and maps to support you in finding your child's teacher and classroom.
All communication with teachers will be done through this platform. Register on Aeries by Clicking Here. Please call (951) 423-2016, if you need support with this process throughout the week.
DISMISSAL PROCEDURES
All 653 students, including kindergarten, will be released at 2:15, except for Tuesdays when dismissal is at 1:15pm. In order to facilitate the SAFEST dismissal for our students we will now have new designated areas for students to exit. To support a safe and smooth dismissal please:
- Be patient, safety and security is our main priority. The pick up process improves each day.
- Move up to accommodate more cars when in the pick-up loop.
- DO NOT get out of your car when in the pick-up loop (staff will help call for your student).
TIP: There is less traffic if you arrive at 2:25pm
