- LHS will not be holding a rehearsal. For your review we have created a PREVIEW video for our event. Included in the video is parking information, entry processes, guest information, ceremony processes, exit processes and tips for before, during, and after the event. This information is also included in this letter; however, we wanted to provide a visual of the space and ceremony layout process.

Graduates will enter through the Budweiser Brew House doors located on the corner of France Family Drive and Village West Parkway. Students unable to attend the rehearsal please watch the PREVIEW designed by LHS. The procedures, processes and expectations are the same. Parents/guests are not permitted to enter this area with graduates.
Dress Code:
- Please be dressed in cap/gown/and stole. Please remember to wear your cap tassel(s), cord(s), and medal(s). If wearing multiple medals, please tape them together in order to reduce the clanging.
- NO HIGH HEELS are allowed on the field. Graduates should wear shoes that will not violate this venue expectation. Heels will damage the field. If you choose to wear high heels, you will be asked to remove and leave your shoes in the staging area, thus having to go barefoot onto the field and throughout the ceremony.
- This is a formal event; please know that you are making memories that will be long lasting for your family. Dress in business casual attire but please be aware of the temperature.
- You have worked very hard and overcome many obstacles for Commencement to occur, please act with decorum as this celebration is for you and your family and is a gift provided by your community.
- All graduates must wear a mask during staging and while processing onto the field.
Arrival Time and Location:
- Graduates are to be dropped off and will be allowed to enter the Budweiser Brew House at 7:00pm. This entrance is on the northeast corner of the stadium.

- Dice Photography will be taking all pictures of graduates walking across the stage and with their diploma jacket.
- A unique element for our ceremony this year is we will have two people reading names and two entry points for graduates to access the stage. Therefore, graduates will be accessing the stage from both sides.
- An administrator will assist each row and direct the graduates to the stage access points.
- Dr. Tucker and Board of Education members will be waiting to congratulate graduates as they exit the center stage.
- In an effort to reduce contact, Board Members will not be shaking graduates’ hands.
- There will be a set of stairs in the front center of the stage that all graduates will us to exit the stage.
- Dice Photography will be at the bottom of the stage to take a picture.
- Graduates will then proceed back to their seats and await the conclusion of the awarding of the diplomas. Graduates are welcome to take their seats.
