Fall, Family, Faith; Celebrating Hope

The days seem to be getting shorter, the sun going down earlier and coming up later. It is part of the coming of fall. When we think about fall we naturally think of cool days, falling leaves and often of all the activities that come with the season. Years ago, St. Pius Elementary School began the tradition of a Family Fun Fair. It is not a fund raiser but a community day for our families and parish families. This Saturday is our Family Fun Fair. We invite your family to be part of this day. Everything is in the back yard, secure for children. There will be nine or more fun jumps that the little ones and middle ones will love. We have a toddler zone for parents with little ones. The Knights of Columbus will be cooking their awesome hamburgers and hot dogs and their special funnel cakes. Parents are welcome to bring their lawn chairs or blankets and stake out a place where you can watch your children move from activity to activity. It is a time to visit with other families and enjoy the day with your family. Please join us for this celebration of families, fall, our faith community and our Hope!!
