Thank You For Making Our Read-A-Thon a HUGE Suceess!
THANK YOU for helping make this year's Read-A-Thon a HUGE success! 76% of our Echo Park Students participated in the Read-A-Thon, and collectively we raised $11,529. Way to go, Penguins!!! Congratulations also go to Mrs. Pielhop's third grade class who had 100% participation. Nice job!
A special thanks to Michelle Trottier, Jen Dahl and the Echo Park PTO for all of their hard work to put it all together! We had so much fun reading, visiting with author Nancy Carlson and picking out free books!
We were just shy of our 80% participation goal, which means that Mrs. Mueske, Mr. Kaiser and I will not find ourselves taped to any walls this year. We were so close... I know we can make it next year! Keep on reading!
Together,
Tina Haselius
Principal
