Brain Hemisphere

"One man that has a mind and knows it can always beat ten men who haven't and don't" -George Bernard Shaw

Although I use both the left and right side of my brain depending on the thought process necessary, I am most comfortable while using the left side of my brain. That means that I am more focused on math and analysis, focus on details more than the big picture, and and think more logically than creatively. However, sometimes I need more creativity, playfulness, and emotion.

Decision Making

Behavioral Style

When making decisions, I tend to follow the behavioral style. People with that decision making style are encouraging, friendly, supportive, action oriented, and motivated by acceptance of peers. Others sometimes perceive my decision making as being too concerned about others, unable to make hard decisions, and unable to say 'no'. The best organizational fit for my type of decision making is one that allows for well-designed, people oriented collegial settings.

Personality Style

#1 Blue

I have a "blue" personality. This means that I care most about feelings and relationships. I always try my best to make others happy. I go out of my way to serve others and to be the best friend possible for them. I love all of my friends greatly. When I talk to people, I take my time to word my thoughts and feelings in the most detailed and sincere way, while at the same time I try to be very considerate and cautious. It frustrates me when people don't express their friendship to me in the same amounts that I show mine. It also frustrates me when people show little or no emotion when talking to me, especially when dealing with important or personal matters. At work, I am the person who is there to do anything for anyone. I always want to help and serve my friends. I am a great helper.
