Your Digital Footprint
You leave a "footprint" every time you go online. How can I control it? By thinking about what I post before I post it!
There are people all over to connect to!
Find out how to do this safely. Be careful when speaking to them, they might not be who say say to be. It would be wise to not agree to meet up with them.
Everyday Apps
Everyone has their everyday apps. Learn from me how to safely use them! Don't bully others online, and if you don't feel safe, tell a trusted adult.
Other Ways to Stay Safe
- Have passwords that you know you can remember, that are also safe and secure. Use numbers and symbols
- Don't open emails from people you don't recognize
- Don't give away your phone number to people you don't know
- Don't go on websites that seem sketchy, make sure they are appropriate
- Be careful when downloading apps, check them out before getting them
