I formerly had an SD-STARS Account
I had an SD-STARS account at my former school and would like an account at my new school. What can I do?
The first step is to contact your district’s STARS Account Manager (SAM). Your district SAM is your first level of support on setting up your new account and obtaining the proper roles for your position.
Below are the steps your SAM will need to take.
SD-STARS uses information from Infinite Campus to help districts manage accounts. Therefore, SAMs may need to work with their district’s Infinite Campus contact to make the necessary changes to accounts. For users who move between districts, their previous employment must have an end date for the account to be switched over to the new district.
