My Future
Sam Ellgass
My Brain Hemisphere
Although I am capable of using both the right and left sides of my brain depending on the situation, I am most comfortable while using the left side of my brain. That means I perform better with numbers and structured thinking than without. Because I am a left brain thinker, I could use more abstractism and freeform thinking
My Personality Type
#1 Orange
I have an orange personality type. That means that i am fun-loving, prefer working with people, try to solve problems less logically and more abstractily, and like the arts more than numbers. Sometimes i am unorganized but can still work well.
#2 Green
I am the same amount Green as I am Orange, this is the part of me that thinks logically, uses numbers, and follows patterns. Using the green part of my personality is different from the orange, because I rarely use both at the same time.
#3 Gold
Gold personalities tend to be realistic, and to try and work alone. I am not very much gold, but there still is some in there.
#4 Blue
Blue personalities are more traditional, trustworthy, and devoted to a cause.
Decision Making
Conceptual
When making decisions, I tend to make them deliberately follow the conceptual style. People with that decision making style focus on the big picture, consider many options, and are insightful. Others could see my decision making as too idealistic, slow, or personal. The best organizational fit for my type of decision making is one that allows for loose, decentralized settings, and simple organization.
