Mindful Movement with Ms. Sue

Yoga and mindfulness instructor Susan Fuller, or "Ms. Sue" to her students, has published a book! To celebrate, we're hosting her for a book reading and mindful movement workshop for children and caregivers. Big Words for Little Hearts is an engaging guide that helps children learn how to promote mindfulness in their everyday lives. Simple repeatable mantras help children create a daily focus, breathing exercises allow children to build upon social-emotional skills and yoga poses maintain healthy minds, bodies and souls. You can purchase a copy and get it signed at the event!
