Join us on Tuesdays & Thursdays at 3:20 in the gym with Coach Mistr to get your workout minutes in!

Weigh-ins on Mondays with Nurse Davis

Categories Include:

*Excercise minutes

*5 servings of Fruits & Veggies

*No Candy, sweets, regular soda

*Water (8x8)

* % of Weight Loss

One point for Each Category Completed per Week

For excercise, one point for every 30 minutes
