Excersicing for just 20 minutes a day can help improve your memory. Excersice changes our brains in ways which protects memory and our thinking skills. Regular Aerobic activity can actually boost the size of the hippocampus. This is huge because the hippocampus is what controls your memory.
4th Tip; Get Rid Of Multitasking!
The average person is very familiar with multitasking. Multitasking takes a large toll on the human brain and not only makes you learn and complete skills slower but you make more mistakes. It can reduce your attention span, learning, and performance. Interrupting your current task to focus on another disrupts your short term memory. While multitasking your IQ drops about 15 points which is as much as if you were drinking, doing drugs, or staying up all night. Serious multitaskers have less brain density in the area of the brain where emotion and empathy are.
